JOB DESCREPTION:-

End to End Recruitment

Analyzing the client requirement, understanding the job description properly.

Sourcing, Screening the resumes based on educational qualification, technical skills and communication skills and short-listing if it matches the requirement.

Interviewing the candidate and evaluate them by checking their communication skills, confidence and technical skills Good in Negotiating the rates according to recruitment based on Contract, Contract to hire and Fulltime positions.

Short listed candidates shared by vendors to delivery managers

Interacting with delivery managers on timely basis to get updates on resumes submitted.

Scheduling interviews with the shortlisted resources and following up with interviewers to get feedback and providing to the respective vendor
Once the candidate is selected following up with vendors on BGV check and reviewing the BGV report before on boarding the resources

Following up with the selected candidates and vendors till they join the project.

Maintaining good relationship with the consultants after joining to make them to satisfy with their offer and also maintaining good relationship with vendors to make the business high.
