Job Description:

  • Rich experience (Min. 3-4 yrs) in employee engagement initiatives like employee connect, R&R, surveys, celebration, contests, town hall and other activities.
  • Experience in grievance handling, new joinee onboarding/orientation/exit process
  • Support KRA/KPI setting - performance management process, policy frameworks & operations activities for the Geo
  • Analyzes data and identifies key insights to make improvements.
  • Superior written & verbal communications skills
  • Good in presentation and excel
