Role Responsibilities

The role holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of the regional change and enablement strategy across the HR transformation portfolio, to agreed timelines and quality, for entire AME region:

  • Evaluating end user adoption through defined measures and provision of feedback to global programme / project team
  • Work closely with the regional and in-country teams across AME to drive greater adoption, engagement and ensure business readiness
  • Definition of effectiveness measures and the mechanisms for tracking success. Working with key stakeholders to obtain agreement
  • Work closely with the HR programme teams to prioritise change and enablement activities, align these activities with other in country activities and ensure engagement according to agreed change, engagement, enablement and adoption plans
  • Adopt leading change management practices such as behavioural change techniques, data-driven change approach, compelling storytelling etc.
  • Work with the country HR communications team to ensure messaging is aligned, consistent and utilizes standardized formats
  • Development of strong working relationships to get a good understanding of all activities going on, glean key priorities and identify any communication gaps that need to be addressed
  • Quality assures the work of their regional team and identifies delivery schedule conflicts, issues and weak points
  • Aggregates activity across region and reports on Adoption progress, issues and risks

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of project management, change management, or transformation experience; prefer experience within a large international, dynamic organisation
  • Degree Preferred: Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Change Management
  • Certification in Change Management approach such as: ADKAR by Prosci, Kotter 8-steps or other.
  • Extensive understanding of change principles and methodologies with the ability to define a flexible, unique approach based on the business team and working environment
  • Developing and executing robust change and adoption strategies.
  • Demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement through innovation, simplification and leveraging industry-leading best practices
  • Experience working within Human Resources and/or Financial Services preferable
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition desirable
  • Taleo, SuccessFactors or Data Analytics experience an advantage
  • Advanced MS Office Suite Skills including SharePoint, MS Project skills
  • Experience in using social collaboration and communication platforms such as Jive or other intranet based technologies
  • Excellent communication skills oral, written and presentation
  • Communicating effectively via multiple channels and with impact to all levels of internal audiences
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to adapt to different styles according to target audience
  • Evidence of prior experience managing and influencing stakeholders at Executive/Board level and providing high quality presentations and updates
